Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Koenig & Bauer Kyana GmbH, Friedrich-Koenig-Straße 4, 97080 Würzburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period

The competition will take place from September 17, 2025, 09:00 a.m., to September 18, 2025, 06:00 p.m. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Participate

Participation in the competition is exclusively on-site at the Organizer’s booth at DMEXCO in Cologne. To participate, you must:

  1. Pick up a package with H2O Story Drop Water or OCHA OCHA Cold Brew Coffee at the booth.
  2. Scan the QR code on the package and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Take a selfie of yourself.
  4. Upload your selfie, follow the instructions, and admire your face on the package in augmented reality (AR).
  5. Share your newly created masterpiece as an Instagram story and mention @auraveo_official.
    Please note that your Instagram profile must be public (not private) throughout the entire participation period in order for your story to be visible.
  6. Confirm your participation via WhatsApp

Participation is limited to one entry per person per day.

5. Prize and Notification

A reMarkable2 tablet will be raffled off daily. A cash payment of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable.

The winner will be determined by a random draw at the end of each respective day (Sept 17 and Sept 18) and notified via WhatsApp using the mobile number provided during participation. The winner must respond within seven days of notification. If the winner fails to respond, the prize claim will expire, and a new winner will be determined.

The acceptance of the tablet is conditional on the recipient settling any taxes that may arise themselves. No taxation will be carried out by KOENIG & BAUER Kyana GmbH. By accepting the prize, the winner confirms that the receipt is in accordance with their employer’s guidelines or that it is being received as a private individual.

6. Data Privacy

The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and notifying the winner. By participating in the competition, you also expressly agree that we may contact you via WhatsApp using the mobile number provided during participation to send you news and marketing content from KOENIG & BAUER Kyana GmbH.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Data collected for the purpose of carrying out the competition will be deleted after it has ended, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. Data processed on the basis of your consent for marketing purposes will be stored by us until you withdraw your consent. 7. Other Provisions

This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram or WhatsApp and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or WhatsApp. The Organizer reserves the right to end or modify the competition at any time without prior notice, especially in the event of technical problems, manipulation, or the suspicion of unlawful participation. The legal process is excluded.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become partially or wholly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision is to be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The place of jurisdiction is Würzburg.
